FPSS-Supervisor Training
The FPSS Supervisor Training Endorsement Course emphasizes reflective supervision, clear role expectations, ethical practice, and workforce sustainability. It equips supervisors to coach and support Family Peer Support Specialists in ways that honor lived experience and utilize a developmental approach to supervision. The program includes 18 hours of live instruction using FREDLA’s Parent Peer Support Practice Model Supervisor Curriculum—an evidence‑informed national curriculum that provides practical strategies for fostering professional growth, maintaining fidelity to the practice model, and creating supportive, resilient team environments.
